Eight corporations are looking for new technologies and solutions partners to help solve a range of challenges. That’s the premise of the ISE Open Innovation Challenge 2022, hosted at the show by ACCIÓ (the Catalonian Agency for Business Competitiveness) and Enterprise Europe Network.
The hybrid matchmaking event features challenges across seven categories: live events; broadcast and content creation; residential and smart building; hotels and hospitality; digital signage & digital out-of-home media; unified communications & education technology; and audio.
Among the participating companies, Arthur Holm is looking for partners to add IoT, AI and multimedia software capabilities to its current product range of solutions for meeting rooms and conference spaces.
Roca Sanitarios is seeking tech innovators to help enhance online events, reinvent the physical showroom and connect water-related installations and products with building management systems.
Cellnex is looking for solutions to improve the fan experience at stadiums as well as for solutions and equipment to wirelessly produce UHD TV content.
Mediapro is looking for partners to help it develop its NFT offering, as well as a cloud budget planner.
Vidneo wants to develop an in-room voice-activated interactive screen to involve the guest from the point of arrival to departure, and also to develop its sports content management/fan experience software.
Sabadell City Council is looking to procure technologies for smart and sustainable tourism in the city.
Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals is looking for an innovative solution based on AI, image and text analysis or other technologies with sustainable development goals.
FilmIn is seeking a system that can analyse videos, automatically tag images within them and generate short videos about the most relevant scenes. In addition, it is looking for a recommendation service based on user consumption profiles.
Technology providers that have the potential to help solve these challenges can register to participate in the event and arrange physical or online meetings with the companies involved. On-site corporate challenges will take place at the Catalonia Pavilion (Stand 4A150) between 10:00 and 12:30 and between 13:00 and 15:00 each day of the show. For companies that choose to participate online, meetings will take place on 17 and 18 May.
