FIRA Barcelona
1-4 February 2022

Integrated Systems Events is a joint venture between AVIXA and CEDIA – the two leading associations for the global audiovisual industry.

Encouraging attendees to ‘Learn. Discover. Be Inspired’, the associations provide a wealth of content for the show’s professional development programme. This ranges from quick 20-minute presentations on key topics to in-depth business and technology seminars with subject-matter experts on a broad variety of subjects.

AVIXA and CEDIA also host industry-specific conferences as part of ISE’s widespread conference programme, in addition to organising the annual AV Career Day event, designed to encourage a diverse and talented workforce within the AV industry.

As well as this, the co-owners ensure that profits from ISE are invested back into the residential and commercial industries that they represent, in order to strengthen and enhance the AV sector.

Together, AVIXA, CEDIA and ISE work closely to support the growing industry with exciting show features and enriching learning opportunities, creating an engaging and unmissable event for the AV channel and end-users alike.

“Reflecting on our last ISE in Amsterdam earlier this year and global developments since then, I am struck by the sheer determination and energy our AV industry friends and colleagues have shown in the face of the significant challenges we are all facing. Not for the first time, the AV industry is showing huge resilience and agility, and ISE 2021 presents a tremendous opportunity to engage, be inspired and learn from its rich and diverse agenda. I am confident that we will come through these difficult times together and I look forward to connecting with everyone again at ISE 2021 in Barcelona.”

cedia-logoCEDIA™ is the leading global resource for the home technology integration industry.

CEDIA was founded in 1989 by a group of professionals dedicated to the advancement of the up-and-coming electronic systems industry. Their vision was to advocate the needs of the residential technology integrator by becoming the leading resource, promoting commerce, offering training, and aiding in the assembly of a legitimate industry that was at the time considered more of a hobby.

CEDIA has become recognised as the universal mark of professionalism for industry businesses. CEDIA has grown from an event-centric organisation to a global association, evolving to meet the needs of its 3,500-plus members in more than 77 countries worldwide.

CEDIA has advanced the industry by developing timely industry education and certification, launching research initiatives, advocating on legislative issues, recognising the achievements of members, creating community among members and building relationships within the industry and with partners.

Today, CEDIA is constantly reassessing the needs of our members — and keeping those needs top of mind. We’re focusing on our members’ careers and business development, providing a place for connections and networking. We strive to raise the bar when it comes to CEDIA as an industry thought leader.

On ISE 2021 Live & Online, Giles Sutton, joint CEO of CEDIA, comments:

“The success of ISE has been built on broad industry support and that is the reason why we have taken these decisions for the 2021 show. We look forward to a debut show where our community can all be together again.”
