Anastasia joined ISE in 2016. Her role involves looking after PR and media relations for ISE and other shows organised by Integrated Systems Events.
My favourite moment is the Closing Keynote from Daniel Lamarre, the President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil, at ISE 2017. I am a big fan of Cirque du Soleil and it was amazing to listen to Daniel’s presentation on how creativity can benefit from the use of the latest audiovisual technologies. It was very inspiring to see his examples of how technology changes the world and makes it better and brighter.
During normal life, I would be travelling or planning my next trips. I’ve moved from Russia to Europe and still can’t believe how close everything is here and how many amazing and different places you can see! I love planning my trips and working on the must-see places to visit – from nice authentic restaurants to hidden spots with the best sunset views. I can’t wait to be back on track and exploring our beautiful world!
I know it might sound boring, but following my daily routine makes me feel that I can at least control something during these crazy times. I am happy to follow the same rituals every day – writing a gratitude diary, making a set of physical exercises, doing some stretches, reading a book, and taking five minutes for meditation. These are the habits that make me feel better and give me real energy.
I presented my mum with a small kitten at the end of 2020. However, I am not sure who this gift was really for, as I’ve fallen so deeply in love with this little heartbreaker that I am now planning to bring him from Russia to Germany!
‘Remember: now will not happen twice.’ To be honest, this wasn’t advice – it’s a line from a song – but I like this simple phrase very much. Remembering it will help us to appreciate every day of our lives; or if not the whole day, at least some moments of it.
When I find something very very funny, I start making a sound like a dolphin. Not very elegant but truly sincere 🙂
