Brought back by popular demand, AVIXA is once again teaming up with three professional bodies to produce two respective half-day ‘What’s Next’ conferences at ISE 2019. The Higher Education Conference with SCHOMS and EUNIS, taking place on Tuesday 5 February from 13:00-17:00, will see a panel of audiovisual professionals discuss AV in the learning environment, touching on market intelligence, VR, AV/IT systems and more.

AV in Enterprise will be the topic of the AV User Group’s joint conference, which will explore workplace experience, design, and meeting room environments from an end user perspective. These conferences will evaluate real-life examples and discuss key teachings and delve deeper into trends at the forefront of contemporary AV design.

AVIXA’s FlashTracks are free-to-attend 20-minute education sessions held across all four days of ISE, at stand 13-N110 (between Halls 10 and 13). FlashTrack education is designed for AV professionals of all experience levels, focusing on prevalent industry topics that fit into four market categories; User Experience, AV/IT, Design and Emerging Trends. To attend, pre-registration is not required.

Presented by industry experts from across the globe, CEDIA’s four-day education programme for ISE 2019 will cover a wide range of topics across multiple residential and business applications. Core curriculum highlights will include a brand new full-day Home Cinema Design workshop, which will feature three 90-minute sessions on video, audio and environmental factors to consider when designing a state-of-the-art home theatre.

Other highlights include not-to-be-missed technical courses, such as ‘Fibre Optic Workshop: Understanding High Bandwidth Infrastructure’ to improve integration and systems expertise. CEDIA Training will also explore where emerging technologies are heading with courses including ‘Emerging Trends: Next Generation Displays,’ and how integrators can shape their business for future success, with sessions such as ‘Growing Your Business Without Growing Out of Business.’

Meanwhile, free-to-attend CEDIA Talks will be hosted on the CEDIA booth (1-E10, 1-E20) every day of the show again, offering critical insights on hot industry topics.  These 20-minute sessions are offered with no need to book in advance, giving delegates the flexibility to join whenever suits them.

Delegates can register and plan their time at ISE on the iseurope.org website.
